As an Aircraft Maintenance Specialist, your key duties will encompass:
- Executing comprehensive maintenance (C-Checks) on various regional jet airframes
- Upholding environmental health & safety regulations and protocols
- Completing designated tasks in a secure and timely manner
- Assessing and rectifying aircraft issues in accordance with stringent safety standards
- Utilizing maintenance schematics, manuals, and documentation for diagnostics and repairs
- Conducting general mechanical and electrical upkeep on aircraft structures and systems
- Performing troubleshooting, installations, removals, and inspections on diverse aircraft
- Operating ground support equipment as necessary
- Finalizing tasks within established time constraints
Qualifications for Success:
- Possession of FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) or Airframe (A) License
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as an Aircraft Technician
- A basic toolkit
- Proficient troubleshooting abilities
- Comfort with technology and computer-based systems
- Strong communication skills
- Capability to obtain required security clearances
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
