Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office and production teams, ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Assist with sales and marketing efforts, including preparing sales materials and presentations
  • Support office and production teams with tasks and projects as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other software applications
  • Experience in a similar role or industry
