Territory: Auctions are conducted in various regions, and you may need to travel within your designated area. Occasional travel beyond your primary territory may be required, with potential for rental car provision based on travel needs.

Work Schedule:
Auction events are held weekly, requiring flexibility in your availability. Responsibilities will include attending training sessions, completing administrative tasks, and utilizing resources for skill enhancement while earning additional compensation. Expect to work between 4 to 10 hours weekly, with hours subject to change.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Auction Event Coordinator, you will be involved in various aspects of auction management, including but not limited to:
- Exhibiting professionalism in interactions with clients and event staff.
- Maintaining auction equipment and materials.
- Providing expert knowledge on customer resources.
- Communicating effectively and building networks.
- Collecting participant information using proprietary software.
- Issuing customer receipts and completing event documentation.
- Participating in training and team meetings.
- Ensuring high-quality execution of all tasks with attention to detail.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will:
- Have a passion for customer service and enjoy assisting others.
- Communicate clearly and patiently with clients.
- Be receptive to feedback and eager to learn.
- Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
- Be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Demonstrate proficiency with technology and Microsoft Office.
- Exhibit strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Adapt quickly to new concepts and thrive in dynamic environments.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Be willing to travel within the designated area as needed.
- Prior experience in auctions is a plus but not mandatory.
