Educational Support Specialist

We are excited to partner with a distinguished school district in New Mexico to find a dedicated Educational Support Specialist for the upcoming school year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide instructional support to students with special needs in an elementary school setting.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other educational professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
  • New Mexico Special Education licensing/certification required.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience working with students with special needs.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Hourly rate: $35-40 per hour, depending on experience and location.
  • Payment frequency: Weekly, every Friday.
  • Benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, W-2 classification, and matching 401(k).
Interview Process
  1. Initial screening: 10-15 minute call with a ProCare Therapy recruiter.
  2. Virtual interview: 20-30 minute interview with the school district.
  3. Offer timeline: Typically within 24-48 hours post-interview.
