Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lesson Planning: Develop engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration, tailored to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Classroom Environment: Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages positive social interactions, respect for diversity, and a sense of community.
  • Assessment and Communication: Assess and document children's progress, communicate effectively with parents and guardians, and provide regular updates on their child's development.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive educational experience, sharing best practices and ideas to enhance the quality of care.
  • Classroom Management: Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment, ensuring the well-being and safety of all children at all times.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred).
  • Valid teaching certification or equivalent qualification in early childhood education.
  • Experience working with preschool-aged children.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
