Compensation

Responsibilities
  • Provide instructional support and assistance to students under the direction of the classroom teacher, reinforcing concepts, and facilitating learning activities.
  • Assist students with special needs in accessing the curriculum, implementing accommodations and modifications as outlined in their individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment by promoting student engagement, behavior management, and social-emotional development.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to implement individualized learning strategies, track student progress, and communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student performance and behavior.
Qualifications
