Preschool Teacher Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Preschool Teacher to create a positive and engaging learning environment for our students.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per yearJob Description

A Preschool Teacher will develop age-appropriate curricula and foster the social, emotional, and cognitive development of our students through play-based learning.

  • Create an inclusive classroom environment that promotes social interactions and encourages children to explore and learn.
  • Assess and document children's progress, communicating effectively with parents and guardians to ensure a supportive partnership.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience working with preschool-aged children, and be able to maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.

  • Plan and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning through exploration and discovery.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, valid teaching certification, and relevant experience working with young children.
