About the Role

Requirements
  • Experience: Experience working in a logistics or fulfillment environment, with a proven track record of success in operations management.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to supervise and direct teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with associates, leads, supervisors, independent contractors, drivers, and management.
  • Problem Solving Skills: Demonstrated problem-solving skills and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting customer requirements and deadlines.
