Job Summary:

The Clinical Services Director is responsible for the development and implementation of improvement strategies to enhance success in Novant Health Medical Group practices. This includes analysis of financial and operational data to drive operational improvement and financial vitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct supervision of team members performing functions related to clinical services
  • Development and implementation of improvement strategies
  • Analysis of financial and operational data
  • Creation of tools for project tracking, monitoring, and completion
  • Assistance with internal and external financial reporting, accounting, and transactional research and analysis

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree required
  • 5 years of management experience in the healthcare industry
  • Proficient Epic experience
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to assimilate information
  • Extensive knowledge of spreadsheet tools, tracking tools, reporting systems, and database technologies
