Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to join our team at MCR Hotels. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including handling guest requests, resolving issues, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication with fellow associates, other departments, and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, using creative reasoning and problem-solving skills to resolve issues.
  • Administrative Tasks: Accurately complete check-in and checkout processes, manage room assignments, and perform other administrative duties as assigned.

  • Communication Skills: Possess basic English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information and ideas clearly.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Hotel Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or related field, with knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
  • Brand Knowledge: Familiarity with Marriott or Hilton brands, with a strong understanding of their policies and procedures.
