Key Responsibilities

  • Handle cash register reconciliations and perform preparatory tasks for our accounting department.
  • Book incoming invoices and maintain articles and prices in our merchandise management system (SAP).
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of statistics and reports.
  • Manage our email inbox and be responsible for incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as a retail saleswoman, office management assistant or similar.
  • Have good user skills in common MS Office programs and ideally SAP.
  • Have an understanding of numbers and a responsible, structured way of working.

Requirements

  • Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
