About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle cash register reconciliations and perform preparatory tasks for our accounting department.
- Book incoming invoices and maintain articles and prices in our merchandise management system (SAP).
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of statistics and reports.
- Manage our email inbox and be responsible for incoming and outgoing mail.
- Have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as a retail saleswoman, office management assistant or similar.
- Have good user skills in common MS Office programs and ideally SAP.
- Have an understanding of numbers and a responsible, structured way of working.
Requirements
- Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
