We are seeking a highly skilled and meticulous Payroll Manager to take charge of our payroll operations. This role involves overseeing the entire payroll process, ensuring that all payroll activities are executed accurately and punctually for our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Manage biweekly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in direct deposits, deductions, garnishments, earnings, and tax adjustments.
- Provide comprehensive post-payroll reporting and maintain electronic employee payroll records.
- Deliver exceptional service to employees while resolving any payroll-related discrepancies.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A two-year degree in business or accounting, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll administration and processing, or 1-3 years in finance and accounting support.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with payroll software, particularly ADP Payroll and HRIS systems.
Understanding of payroll and accounting principles, as well as compliance with state and federal employment laws, is essential. Experience in vendor management and RFP processes is advantageous.
