Position Summary:

The Lead Application Developer will oversee a team of application developers, responsible for building scalable web solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into functional software solutions.

The ideal candidate will be a passionate and innovative leader, capable of driving technical excellence and delivering customer value. They will be responsible for researching, designing, and developing new solutions using C# and other cloud technologies.

The successful candidate will maintain and extend existing web-based applications, ensuring the development team follows our SDLC and best practices. They will also provide mentorship to their team, focusing on career development and growth.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee software development products and manage a team of application developers.
2. Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of new analytic and web-based applications.
3. Research, design, and develop new solutions using C# and other cloud technologies.
4. Maintain and extend existing web-based applications.
5. Ensure the development team follows our SDLC and best practices.
6. Provide mentorship to your team, focusing on career development and growth.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
2. At least 7 years of experience in application development.
3. Experience with several technologies, including C#, React, ASP.NET, MVC, XML, JSON, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
4. Knowledge of software architecture frameworks and design patterns.
5. Experience in cloud technologies and big data technologies, such as Databricks and Azure Synapse.
6. Familiarity with reporting tools, such as Power BI and Tableau.
7. Systems methodology experience and strong critical thinking skills.

Compensation and Location:

The salary range is $96,000 - $194,000, depending on relevant factors, including education, work experience, certifications, etc.

This role can be located remotely within the US.
