Job Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultants to join our team at Crain Automotive Team, Arkansas' largest family-owned and operated dealer group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively promote and sell our products and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales software
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
