Compensation: Commission-based position with an average annual income of $250,000 (potentially reaching $400,000). Initial 90 days includes a $4,000 monthly draw against commissions. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SALES CONSULTANT:
- Conduct sales activities, including canvassing, scheduling meetings, delivering presentations, and finalizing sales agreements.
- Create comprehensive work scopes and contracts for new clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and sales techniques.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SALES CONSULTANT:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Account Management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in roofing, construction, or industrial sales is mandatory.
- Background in door-to-door sales is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in managing customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
Ideal candidates may have experience in roles such as:
