In this essential position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, delivering expert clinical insights regarding our oncology products to healthcare professionals.

Amgen Oncology is dedicated to supporting patients facing some of the most challenging cancers, including those resistant to conventional therapies and those with rapid progression.

Our supportive care solutions assist patients in managing the side effects of potent chemotherapy, while our targeted therapies and immunotherapies address a wide range of malignancies, from hematological cancers to solid tumors.

With extensive experience in providing cancer therapies, Amgen continues to expand its portfolio of innovative and biosimilar oncology treatments.

Your Responsibilities:
As the Lead Oncology Sales Consultant, you will:
- Act as the primary customer liaison, offering comprehensive clinical knowledge of Amgen's oncology products.
- Communicate the clinical and economic advantages of our products to healthcare professionals effectively.
- Develop and implement a strategic territory plan, which includes:
- Delivering impactful sales presentations.
- Executing planned initiatives and following up on medical education programs.
- Achieving or surpassing sales objectives.
- Utilize both internal and external relationships to manage accounts, ensuring product accessibility and addressing reimbursement concerns.
- Design effective marketing strategies to enhance sales performance.
- Analyze the effectiveness of sales activities and develop territory plans in collaboration with your District Manager.
- Maintain enthusiasm for our products throughout the sales cycle while consistently promoting our brand and prioritizing patient service.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

What We Expect From You:
We recognize that each individual brings unique contributions to our mission of serving patients. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, or an Associate degree with 6 years of sales experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 8 years of sales experience.
- Preferred qualifications include:
- Three or more years of experience in sales and/or marketing within the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or medical device sectors.
- Experience in product or hospital sales related to oncology, nephrology, dermatology, rheumatology, and inflammation, as well as other relevant specialties.
- Familiarity with local market dynamics.
- A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration.
