Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify that all required permits and decals are included in the permit documentation for KLLM and FFE Drivers.
  • Input vehicle information into online registration systems.
  • Support the renewal process for permits, prepare reports, and manage the distribution of vehicle registrations.
  • Oversee Bestpass transponder data management.
  • Organize permit documentation for new vehicles and facilitate the transfer of permits between different companies.
  • Maintain and update equipment records in the AS400 database.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in administrative or clerical roles is necessary.
  • Familiarity with data management and permitting processes is essential.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with proficiency in computer usage.
  • Attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities are crucial.
  • Basic skills in personal computing or terminal operations are required.
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
