Job Overview

We are seeking a Compliance Administrative Coordinator to join our team.

This position offers a pathway from temporary to permanent employment and requires full onsite presence.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (37.5 hours per week)

Salary: $25.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and stay updated on regulatory changes to ensure organizational compliance
  • Facilitate adherence to established procedures among staff
  • Gather and prepare laboratory samples while managing documentation
  • Act as a crucial link between laboratory operations and regulatory bodies
  • Engage with suppliers through calls and emails
  • Review and assess documentation for compliance
  • Collaborate with various departments to uphold compliance standards
  • Support the team with diverse administrative duties as required

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory
  • Experience in regulatory affairs is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is required
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
