Healthcare Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at IPM Medical Group, Boomerang Healthcare. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing communication between patients, family members, attorneys, and care providers in all aspects of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats to ensure each patient receives the best service possible.
- Manage communication between patients, family members, attorneys, and care providers in all aspects of patient care.
- Partner with clinical staff to ensure quality patient care.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and their families.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- 2 years of medical office experience preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of $22.00 per hour.
- Full-time schedule with 40 hours per week.
