About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Executive to join our team at Addepar, a leading provider of technology solutions for the wealth management industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing consultative sales cycles with large financial institutions, including Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), Multi-Family Offices, and Family Offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow new annual recurring revenue and advise mid-tier clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Pre-sales, Partnerships, Services, Client Experience & Success, Account Management, and Research & Development.
  • Lead efforts to achieve quota and secure multi-year client contracts.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales or a similar environment, with a strong track record of success in enterprise sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with C-level executives.
  • Proven experience selling complex technology products and solutions to financial institutions, including RIAs and Multi-Family and Family offices.
  • Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales cycles with a cross-functional team.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to manage pipeline and forecast to drive cross-functional alignment and expectations.

Addepar is a leading provider of technology solutions for the wealth management industry, empowering financial institutions to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive long-term success.

The current compensation range for this role is $108,000 - $161,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.
