Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Sales Development Manager to join our team in the southeast region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Product Demonstrations: Develop and deliver engaging product demonstrations and sales presentations that highlight the technical benefits of our solutions to customers and prospects.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with our forecasting, R&D, and software development teams to prepare proposals and quotations that meet customers' needs.
  3. Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with major OEMs, contractors, and partners in the market, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in the refrigeration industry, preferably with a degree or certificate from an accredited technical school.
  • Excellent communication and value selling skills, with the ability to effectively present information to groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • A strong understanding of commercial and industrial refrigeration applications, refrigerant norms evolution, electronic controls, and monitoring systems.
Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
