Job Description

As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in taking care of our customers throughout every step of the process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service through inbound phone calls, educating interested parties about products, setting appointments, and answering questions in a professional manner.
  • Sales Process: Develop, practice, and deliver a good sales presentation consistent with company training, and be responsible for a high level of activity including engaging with new prospects, following up with interested prospects, and setting appointments to close.
  • Communication: Respond to customer queries in a prompt and efficient manner, maintain a good line of communication with Starlight Homes team members, and attend weekly meetings as scheduled.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize all resources to transition leads into prospective customers and consistently follow up with customers who are under contract.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with realtors, visiting real estate offices, networking, and conducting business with realtors.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of proven track record within a direct selling role.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work evenings and weekends, and proficiency in Sales software and Microsoft Office.
  • Personal Qualities: High level of professionalism, adaptability, and flexibility, with a strong work ethic, drive, and positive attitude.
Working Conditions:
  • Work is generally performed in a typical office environment using standard office equipment.
  • Fast-paced environment subject to numerous schedule and priority changes and short notice activity.
