About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Manager to lead our support team in delivering timely, first-contact resolution for end-user technical problems related to hardware, software, and network services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a support team dedicated to delivering timely, first-contact resolution for end-user technical problems related to hardware, software, and network services.
- Maintain up-to-date run books and documentation to ensure support staff have the necessary resources to effectively resolve issues.
- Coordinate timely escalations to appropriate teams, ensuring smooth handoffs and proper follow-up.
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Develop and maintain 24/7/365 scheduling to meet the business's operational support needs.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Control Board license.
- 5+ years of working experience in IT.
- Demonstrated knowledge of ITIL principles through certification or hands-on experience.
Salary Range: DOE
This is an ON-SITE position in Las Vegas, NV. The salary range depends on how well your background and experience meet the requirements outlined in the job posting.
