Job Overview

Royalty Hospitality Staffing is in search of a Regional Sales Executive to enhance sales efforts and expand market presence across the northeastern United States. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting electric and hydraulic crane machinery within an 8-state region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively market truck-mounted electric and hydraulic cranes, crane bodies, control systems, and accessories to heavy machinery distributors and truck dealerships in the designated area.
  • Analyze the competitive environment to pinpoint potential clients and cultivate significant relationships with new business partners.
  • Expand the current client portfolio through regular site visits and consistent communication.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the company’s offerings to both prospective and existing customers.
  • Maintain precise client documentation in the CRM system and provide daily activity reports.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

What We Seek:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales within the industrial equipment sector or a related field.
  • A demonstrated history of successfully prospecting and growing business within a specified region.
  • Strong account management capabilities with a proven ability to foster long-term client relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Willingness to travel 50% within the assigned region, including overnight stays.
  • Must live within a reasonable distance from a major airport.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or engineering is mandatory.
