Job Overview

We are in search of an enthusiastic Field Sales Executive to become a vital part of our organization. The successful candidate will oversee a designated geographical region to enhance sales performance and expand our market presence. If you possess a strong sales acumen, exceptional customer service abilities, and a knack for relationship building, this position is an excellent fit for you.

All candidates will be required to undergo a background verification process prior to joining.

This role demands a willingness to travel extensively, with up to 75% of the time spent on the road visiting healthcare providers. A passion for field sales is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives and targeted outreach campaigns to discover new business prospects.
  • Utilize innovative sales strategies to maintain a robust pipeline of potential deals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Leverage technology to assess market trends and customer requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing structures with clients.
  • Participate in national, regional, and local trade shows and meetings as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and meeting quotas.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively.
  • Prior experience in outside medical sales or account management is advantageous.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a talent for quickly establishing rapport.
  • Consultative selling skills that foster profitable client relationships.
  • Familiarity with medical, pharmaceutical, or laboratory sales is beneficial.
  • Ability to analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for impactful sales presentations and negotiations.
  • Proficient in using sales tools such as CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and social selling techniques.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
