Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at GPAC as a Regional Sales Manager for the North East region. As a key member of our sales and estimating team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with major national and regional contractors and erection subcontractors in the steel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets of over $25 million
  • Negotiate scopes and contracts with clients, leveraging expertise in pricing structural steel work
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the steel industry, including fabricators, erectors, and general contractors
  • Collaborate with the sales and estimating team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and estimating for a structural steel fabricator
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the steel industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
