We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team at Phoenix Innovations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
- Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
Requirements:
- Completed commercial or similar education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and other productivity software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal German skills
