Accounting and Title Processing Specialist

RideNow Powersports, a division of RumbleOn, is in search of a meticulous and reliable Accounting Clerk who possesses a strong attention to detail. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in accounting who are committed to excellence and are seeking a stable and rewarding position where their contributions are valued.
Key Responsibilities- Manage accounts receivable payments, accounts payable invoices, and vendor check processing.
- Conduct reconciliations for the general ledger.
- Oversee timesheet and commission reviews for payroll purposes.
- Record daily banking activities and totals.
- Analyze and review store expenses and schedules.
- Assist department managers in training staff on various processes and procedures.
- Handle on-road vehicle titling and registration, including out-of-state transactions, as well as off-road and watercraft UCC filings.
- Reassign incoming titles from trade-ins and vehicle purchases.
- Process lien payoffs and checks for outright purchases.
- Resolve titling discrepancies through communication with customers, dealers, and regulatory bodies.
- Follow up with lending institutions regarding the release of electronic and physical titles.
- Efficiently and accurately file documents.
- Ensure the accuracy of completed forms.
- Minimum of 1 year of general accounting experience.
- Familiarity with accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, cash management, and general ledger.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Capability to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure.
- Experience with vehicle titles is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in a dealership environment is a plus, whether in automotive or powersports.
