About the Role

PACCAR is a leading global technology company in the commercial vehicle industry, with a strong presence in the design, manufacture, and customer support of premium trucks. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Title and Insurance Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Title Perfection and Follow-up
    • Review and verify new titles for accuracy and completeness
    • Conduct follow-up activities with dealers, customers, and state DMVs to ensure timely and accurate title processing
    • Prepare and submit title applications for new and repossession titles
    • Reassign and release paid-out titles
    • Filing and scanning perfected titles
    • Complete title correction packages and follow-up duties
  • Insurance Follow-up
    • Log and process incoming insurance mail
    • Address and resolve insurance cancellations
    • Prioritize follow-up actions on expired policies with customers and insurance agencies
    • Filing insurance certificates in Docuware
    • Perform special projects as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum two years of administrative support experience, preferably in a transportation services environment
  • Strong PC skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other programs
  • Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities
  • Good interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
