Peak Living Community Director Opportunity

Peak Living is seeking a qualified Community Director to support and assist in all aspects of community operations at Overlook at Brook Run.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of community associates to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement effective customer service and leasing strategies to drive resident satisfaction and retention.
  • Direct and manage marketing efforts to attract new residents and promote the community.
  • Prepare and review lease agreements, renewal paperwork, and other essential documents.
  • Conduct regular reviews of resident files and accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Plan and execute resident activities and loyalty programs to foster a sense of community.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth.
  • Manage budgeted occupancy, collections, and expenses to ensure financial stability.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in residential operations or a related field.
  • High school diploma required; college education preferred.
  • CAM or ARM certification preferred.
  • HCCP designation preferred for LIHTC.
  • COS designation preferred for Section 8.
  • Valid driver's license.
