Assistant Community Director Position - Peak Living

Job Overview:
The Assistant Community Director supports the Community Director in all aspects of community operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day management.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise community staff
- Assist with customer service and leasing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Assist with marketing efforts and resident retention initiatives
- Prepare and manage lease paperwork
- Manage resident files and accounting records

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in multi-family housing or property management
