Job Overview:

The Assistant Community Director supports the Community Director in all aspects of community operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day management.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise community staff
  • Assist with customer service and leasing initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Assist with marketing efforts and resident retention initiatives
  • Prepare and manage lease paperwork

Qualifications:
