About the Role

Gensler, a leading design and architecture firm, is seeking a highly motivated and collaborative individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator. This role is a key part of our business development efforts, and we are looking for someone who can produce high-quality materials and support our senior staff and marketing leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to support business development activities, including proposal writing, design, and production.
  • Collaborate with a team of skilled marketers to design, write, and produce marketing collateral, such as proposals, presentations, and case studies.
  • Work closely with senior staff and marketing leaders to understand business development goals and objectives, and to develop effective marketing plans to support them.
  • Manage and maintain resources and information systems, including resumes, case studies, and marketing materials.
  • Participate in data management and imagery organization to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing, communications, or business.
  • Directly related marketing communications experience, preferably in a design or architecture firm.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role, with a strong understanding of business development principles.
  • Excellent writing, design, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000, plus bonuses and benefits.
