Position Summary:

We are excited to offer a position for a Marketing Specialist who will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager. This role focuses on executing initiatives that enhance the guest and customer experience.

The successful candidate will spearhead marketing and communication strategies for our clients, implement new engagement initiatives, and continuously enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating local projects, providing updates to the corporate marketing team, and collaborating with operations to meet revenue and marketing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement brand standards in various marketing materials and presentations.
  • Gather feedback from the field to ensure promotions align with client needs.
  • Coordinate design requests with relevant leaders.
  • Support business development in bid presentations.
  • Assist in planning promotional and client events.
  • Develop innovative marketing programs to stay competitive.
  • Plan and execute recognition activities for associates.
  • Collaborate with digital agencies to provide content for events.
  • Manage an engagement calendar in partnership with culinary teams.
  • Oversee merchandising for seasonal promotions.
  • Execute marketing plans and analyze return on investment.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and develop improvement plans.
  • Support marketing initiatives across the region.
  • Assist in preparing quarterly business reviews.
  • Support corporate efforts for new account openings as needed.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Exhibit strong execution capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Minimum of 2 years of marketing or communication experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong writing and proofreading skills.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Commitment to accuracy and excellence.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Interest in learning and gaining diverse experiences.
