Êtes-vous passionné par les événements en direct et l'industrie du divertissement ? Nous recherchons un Assistant Marketing proactif et orienté vers les détails pour rejoindre notre équipe marketing dynamique. Le candidat idéal sera très organisé, autonome et désireux de collaborer sur des projets marketing. Ce rôle implique de travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe marketing pour développer et exécuter des campagnes de marketing numérique, en particulier pour des événements en direct via des plateformes de médias sociaux.

Responsabilités :

  • Gestion des actifs numériques : Aider à organiser et à maintenir les actifs numériques pour soutenir les efforts marketing.
  • Soutien aux campagnes : Contribuer à la planification, à l'exécution et à l'évaluation des campagnes de marketing numérique pour des événements dans plusieurs lieux.
  • Recherche de marché : Effectuer des recherches pour recueillir des informations et générer des idées innovantes de contenu marketing.
  • Soutien administratif : Réaliser des tâches administratives quotidiennes pour assurer le bon fonctionnement et la coordination des activités du département marketing.
  • Soutien marketing : Aider à diverses tâches marketing, y compris la gestion des médias sociaux et l'exécution des campagnes.
  • Rapports : Créer et gérer des rapports pour suivre et analyser les activités et performances marketing.
  • Développement de stratégie : Soutenir l'équipe marketing dans le développement et la mise en œuvre de stratégies et d'initiatives marketing.
  • Apprentissage et développement : Acquérir de l'expérience avec divers logiciels et outils de marketing numérique.
  • Préparation de documents : Préparer, formater et éditer des documents selon les besoins.
  • Compréhension des clients : Développer une solide compréhension de nos clients et marques pour adapter efficacement les efforts marketing.
  • Tâches de bureau générales : Effectuer des tâches de bureau selon les besoins.

Qualifications :

Diplôme de licence en commerce, marketing ou dans un domaine connexe.

Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale.

Grande attention aux détails et précision.

Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.

Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et de multitâche.

Une expérience en marketing numérique ou dans un domaine connexe est préférable.

Une expérience antérieure en soutien administratif est bénéfique ; une expérience en communication, marketing, relations publiques, éducation ou design graphique est un plus.

La familiarité avec les applications Adobe Creative Cloud (par exemple, Photoshop) est un avantage.
