Position Overview:
We are in search of a meticulous Marketing Coordinator to assist in our ongoing expansion. The ideal candidate will possess a wealth of experience in managing and facilitating marketing initiatives and events, employing project management tools and systematic organization to oversee every detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Coordination:
Analyze team performance metrics, monitor team workload, and communicate prioritization issues to the Director through weekly updates. Collaborate closely with marketing team members to ensure clarity on assignments, expectations, and deadlines. Establish and maintain a project management system for tracking marketing initiatives and ensure timely project delivery. - Campaign Support:
Collaborate with the Lead Generation Head on campaign analytics, organizing reports to enhance operational efficiency. Track campaign performance and maintain updated project documentation. Assist in distributing marketing content across various platforms to ensure consistency and timeliness. - Trade Show Management:
Oversee all aspects of planning and executing major industry trade shows and internal events. Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up with team members and vendors. Assist in budget creation and management, addressing potential budget concerns with the Director before they arise. Attend events to manage logistics and support the team. - Administrative Support:
Manage the Director's calendar for optimal time efficiency. Facilitate meetings by taking detailed notes and distributing minutes. Update Standard Operating Procedures as necessary. Provide support for invoices and contracts, ensuring compliance with payment terms and coordinating payments for team members.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience with a focus on team and project coordination. Proven ability to manage workloads from task assignment to completion. Experience in planning and executing trade shows and conferences, including international events. Proficiency in project management tools, preferably ClickUp, and familiarity with platforms like Shopify and HubSpot.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of content distribution strategies and experience with maintaining SOPs.
Key Performance Indicators:
On-time project delivery and adherence to budget constraints for marketing events.
Benefits:
Competitive salary range of $55,000-$70,000 USD, opportunities for professional growth, comprehensive health benefits, 401K, education stipend, remote work options, and generous PTO.
