Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Office Operations Manager to join our team at GK Realty Group LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless workflows, and driving our office's success.

You will work closely with our team to develop effective strategies, coordinate company events, and promote our brand presence. Your key responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, managing documentation, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements for our brokers
  • Assist the real estate office with various tasks, such as picking up orders and maintaining inventory
  • Liaise between our brokers and clients to ensure smooth communication
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries, and notify our brokers of important details
  • Maintain accurate records of our brokers' business transactions

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in administrative roles, particularly in real estate
  • Strong understanding of word processing, spreadsheet software, and Multiple Listing Service
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
