Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Banking Center Assistant Manager to join our team at Midland States Bank. As a key member of our banking center team, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of sales and operations, coaching and mentoring staff, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth and customer acquisition.
  • Coach and mentor staff to improve sales skills and customer service.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the management of banking center operations, including cash handling, customer transactions, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other banking center staff to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Proven sales and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
