Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing the sales and operations of the Banking Center, including coaching and motivating staff to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention, and to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Banking Center Manager to ensure effective utilization and scheduling of staff, and to approve timesheets.
  • Provide timely, candid, and constructive performance feedback to employees, and conduct objective performance evaluations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and stakeholders to promote the bank's products and services, and to build strong relationships.
  • Participate in bank-sponsored community activities, and represent the bank in a professional and positive manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Banking Center Manager.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in banking or a related field.
  • Broad knowledge of bank systems, consumer loans, and deposit accounts.
  • Cash handling and customer service background.
  • Proven sales experience and ability to drive sales through quality service and product knowledge.
  • National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008.
