Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Financial Services Promotion: Promote and explain our financial services, including loans, cash checks, and other retail products, to customers.
  • Cash Handling: Maintain a balanced cash drawer and perform cash handling duties as needed.
  • Clerical Tasks: Perform various clerical tasks, such as data entry, filing, and phone work.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
