Our global Fanatics Retail, In-Venue, and Special Events division operates across North America, Europe, and Asia, supporting the NBA, NHL, NFL, MLB, MLS, NCAA, Ryder Cup, UEFA, and leading European Football Clubs, as well as various special sporting events worldwide. Our teams are dedicated to delivering a seamless shopping experience whether at home, at a game, or attending significant sporting events, utilizing online, mobile, and physical retail outlets, including flagship stores in major cities, professional sports stadiums, and college team shops. Each location or event is crafted with a tech-savvy retail strategy, enabling us to respond in real-time to capture the excitement of sports and ensure product availability for fans at crucial moments.

Position Summary:

The Retail Associate plays a vital role in executing front-line sales efforts, enhancing the fan experience, and ensuring operational excellence and effective store management. Retail Associates are expected to achieve results through strong communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate as part of a successful team. This position requires a part-time commitment, which may include shifts during days, evenings, weekends, and extended hours on game days and during events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome fans and engage with them to ensure a premium shopping experience.
  • Provide recommendations based on interactions and observations with fans.
  • Uphold sales floor and stockroom standards with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Process transactions using the Fanatics Point of Sale System (POS).
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer service to positively represent the Fanatics Brand and associated Teams/Leagues.
  • Understand and embody Fanatics Values in the Retail Associate role.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as directed by the Leadership team.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old, with a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in retail and/or sales is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly in a dynamic environment.
  • Foreign language skills are advantageous.

Physical Requirements:
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, reach, bend, and move throughout the facility as necessary.
  • Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
  • Game Day/Event scheduling may involve exposure to various weather conditions if assigned to an outdoor location.
The compensation for this role ranges from $18.25 to $19 per hour, representing base pay only and excluding any short-term or long-term incentive compensation. Factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training are considered when determining base pay.
