Job Title: Infrastructure Manager

At Point Blank Enterprises, Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Infrastructure Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the support and maintenance of our desktop/laptop hardware and software applications, phone systems, printers, and related systems and software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Network administration, including backups, security management, user account management, email systems, and internet access.
  • Support and maintenance of Microsoft Servers, Active Directory, and networking devices.
  • Collaboration with the VP of Information Technology to plan, implement, and support the network and computing infrastructure plan.
  • Providing network support by researching, analyzing, and resolving associated problems.
  • Performing technical-related tasks for projects, including software, equipment, and facilities.
  • Providing training of end users on systems and applications.
  • Performing administrative functions on all network systems as needed for implementation, support, and maintenance.
  • Monitoring performance and capacity of systems and implementing modifications and upgrades as required.
  • Assisting management with IT solutions that ensure target objectives.
  • Working with the IT team to find solutions for various project and operational needs.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in supporting a network environment.
  • Technical certifications: MCP, MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, or A+ certifications.
  • Associates degree or trade school disciplines.
  • Bonus: Bachelor degree in business administration with a concentration in technology.
Physical Demands:

Sitting for long periods. Dexterity and coordination to handle files and single pieces of paper; occasional lifting of items weighing up to 25 pounds such as files, stacks of paper, reference and other materials. Moving from place to place within the office; minimum reaching for items above and below desk level. Strength, dexterity, coordination, and vision to use keyboard and video display terminal for prolonged periods.

ITAR Requirements:
