Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Manager to join our team at Point Blank Enterprises, Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support desktop/laptop hardware and software applications, phone systems, printers, and related systems and software to meet the organization's needs.
  • Administer network infrastructure and server room, including servers, network hardware, software, and applications for all Company locations.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Information Technology to plan, implement, and support the network and computing infrastructure plan.
  • Provide network support by researching, analyzing, and resolving associated problems.
  • Perform technical tasks for projects, including software, equipment, and facilities.
  • Train end-users on systems and applications.
  • Perform administrative functions on all network systems as needed for implementation, support, and maintenance.
  • Monitor system performance and capacity, implementing modifications and upgrades as required.
  • Assist management with IT solutions to ensure target objectives.
  • Work with the IT team to find solutions for various project and operational needs.
  • Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
  • Perform regular security monitoring to identify possible threats or intrusions.
  • Configure firewall software to accommodate PBE's requirements.
  • Apply OS patches on a monthly basis and upgrade administrative tools and utilities as necessary.
  • Maintain data center environmental and monitoring equipment.
  • Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes and propose possible solutions.
  • Initiate and implement improvements in all areas of IT responsibility.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all IT-related matters for all Company facilities.
  • Ensure company assets and software licensing are maintained and used responsibly.
  • Work according to the company's safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work area.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in supporting a network environment.
  • Technical certifications: MCP, MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, or A+ certifications.
  • Associates degree or trade school disciplines.
  • Bonus: Bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in technology.
Physical Demands

Sitting for long periods. Dexterity and coordination to handle files and single pieces of paper; occasional lifting of items weighing up to 25 pounds. Moving from place to place within the office; minimum reaching for items above and below desk level. Strength, dexterity, coordination, and vision to use a keyboard and video display terminal for prolonged periods.
