Role Summary:

As the IT Infrastructure Leader, you will oversee the development and expansion of client IT systems while guiding and mentoring internal team members. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of clients and environments, from Mac OS to Windows platforms. You will be instrumental in formulating and executing IT policies, establishing roadmaps, and managing budgets, all while fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for team and client issues.
  • Develop and implement IT strategic plans for clients.
  • Oversee the management of physical assets, including inventory and workspace organization.
  • Support identity management systems that regulate application access.
  • Create and maintain documentation for standards, policies, and compliance practices.
  • Facilitate automation processes related to onboarding and offboarding.
  • Coordinate IT logistics for equipment and personnel transitions.
  • Lead and nurture a team of IT consultants, promoting their professional growth.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technology field.
  • Minimum of 6 years in IT roles, with at least 4 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proficient in both Mac OS and Windows environments.
  • Highly organized with a strong focus on customer service and communication.
  • Genuine passion for technology and relationship building.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience in leading technical teams effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a technology-related discipline.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Okta, AWS).
  • Experience in deploying Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
