In this Client Support role, you will empower clients to feel more assured, make informed decisions, and realize their financial aspirations.

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of tasks, including responding to inquiries regarding account balances and assisting with withdrawals, fund transfers, or locating resources.

The Client Support position is akin to Junior Client Service, Call Center Associate, Customer Service Associate, and Client Support Associate roles.

How the process unfolds ... You will join a cohort of associates also starting their journey in Client Support. During the initial months, you will engage in training to become a Financial Client Associate.

In this phase, you will begin with basic client interactions and gradually advance to more complex inquiries and/or digital channels (e.g., email, live chat, etc.) related to our clients' 401K plans.
In the following months, you will continue to assist clients through various channels to develop and refine your skills.

There will be designated time during the day (away from client calls) for team activities, well-being support, and career coaching.

You may also have the opportunity to obtain your FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses based on your career path.

This is a full-time hourly position that also allows for additional hours based on business requirements and your availability.

A finance background or degree is not a prerequisite for success in this role.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday.


Training hours are from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST, and post-training, you must be available to work an 8-hour shift between 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM EST.
