This Client Support position is akin to Entry-Level Customer Service, Call Center Representative, Client Service Associate, and Customer Support roles.
How the program operates ... You will be part of a cohort of associates embarking on their journey in Client Support, spending the initial months training to become a Financial Customer Associate.
During this phase, you will start with fundamental client interactions and gradually progress to more complex inquiries and/or digital communication channels (e.g., email, live chat, etc.) related to our clients' 401K plans.In the following months, you will continue to assist clients through potentially multiple channels, refining your skills.
There will be designated time during the day (away from client calls) for team activities, well-being support, and career coaching.
Additionally, there is an option to obtain your FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses based on your career trajectory.Program Advantages ...

Monday – Friday.
Training hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST, and post-training, you must be available to work an 8-hour shift during the hours of 12:00 noon - 8:30 PM EST.
