The Position

In this position, you will serve as the main contact for 401(k) administrative services for some of our most significant corporate institutional clients.

  • Overseeing daily and thorough evaluations of plan administration quality for Defined Contribution, HSA, and Non-Qualified plans
  • Guiding client plan administration to adhere to standards and performance commitments
  • Demonstrating comprehension of the objectives and initiatives related to client projects, collaborating with the organization to ensure resources are allocated, project plans are established, and deliverables are met
  • Identifying and engaging in the resolution of service challenges (e.g., participant, reputational, risk/compliance related) appropriately within the organization
  • Utilizing your extensive knowledge of plan-level provisions, DC, HSA, Non-Qualified products, as well as plan compliance, regulations, and risk management
  • You will identify and collaborate with Product and Relationship Management to cross-sell new products and services and implement new product and regulatory updates

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant work experience and strong business intuition required
  • Knowledge and experience in Defined Contribution, Non-Qualified, and HSA required
  • 5+ years of benefits administration, outsourcing administration, or retirement experience required
  • 3+ years of confirmed experience in a client-facing role highly desired
  • Demonstrated understanding of 401(k) regulations and their application to plan administration
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, with a proven ability to manage client issues
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service-oriented approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to initiate and maintain overall accountability for client-specific and departmental initiatives and projects
  • Capacity to multitask, work in a fast-paced, changing priority environment, solve problems, and make decisions
