Programmatic Media Specialist

At Publicis Groupe, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst, Programmatic to join our team. As a key member of our digital media team, you will be responsible for owning strategic planning and campaign execution for assigned clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, manage, and optimize programmatic media campaigns for agency clients, leveraging auction/exchange based performance media, Display, Mobile or Video audience-based buying, remarketing campaigns, and social media promotions.
- Develop and communicate digital strategies, rationales, and proposals for current and new clients, effectively conveying complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Ensure diligence, attention to detail, and adherence to our best practices throughout the full digital campaign life-cycle, from campaign planning to execution and optimization.
- Manage daily campaign maintenance, including internal questions regarding tracking and status of various campaigns, and provide timely and accurate responses to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of client-facing campaign performance reports, including data quality and insight development, to help clients make informed decisions.
- Contribute to the assessment of inventory availability and the formulation of proposals for new client opportunities, leveraging your expertise in programmatic media and digital advertising.
- Manage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts, and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launch, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
- Traffic campaign tags into Demand Side Platforms (DSPs), Social API technology, or other ad technology environments, ensuring accurate campaign implementation and pacing.
- Oversee the campaign QA process to ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing, and performance, and provide regular auditing reports to agency stakeholders.
- Develop a rapport with the broader digital Activation, Strategy, and Analytics teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing to drive campaign success.
- Participate in regular knowledge share sessions to share and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaign performance, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Actively engage with Associates by coaching, managing, and educating them on new technologies, digital advertising principles, and client services skills, helping to develop their skills and expertise.
- Work with technology partners to secure support for daily campaign management and implementation questions, ensuring seamless execution and timely resolution of issues.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business, engineering, statistics, economics, sociology, or equivalent.
- 1+ years of directly related experience in programmatic media, preferably with a strong understanding of technologies such as The Trade Desk, DoubleClick Bid Manager, TTD, AOP, AAP, and Facebook and Twitter APIs.
- Working knowledge of traditional and interactive media planning elements, with a strong analytical and organizational skillset.
- Resourceful, curious, and motivated individual with an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced understanding of Excel.
