Applied Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Applied Behavior Analyst to join our team at Fast Track ABA Center.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position responsible for providing behavioral therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience working with children with ASD.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on individual client needs.
- Collect and analyze data to measure progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to share progress and provide support.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working with children with ASD or other developmental disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
