Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Behavioral Technician to join our team at Fast Track ABA Center. As a Registered Behavioral Technician, you will be responsible for providing clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing direct client care in one-on-one and group settings, following prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols, assisting parents and caregivers with training, and effectively communicating with parents and caregivers regarding client progress.

You will also assist the BCBA in the preparation of client materials, behavior reduction assessments, and skills acquisition, sustain a score of at least 85% on monthly evaluations, and maintain accurate records of client data.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Registration as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Compensation and Benefits
