Job Overview

The Fast Track ABA Center is seeking a highly skilled Registered Behavioral Technician to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Provides direct client care in one-on-one and group settings while utilizing a combination of discreet trail training and natural environment training.
  • Follows prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols as outlined in each client's individualized treatment plan prepared by the BCBA.
  • Assists parents and caregivers with training aligned with each client's individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols.
  • Effectively communicates with parents and caregivers regarding client progress as instructed by BCBA.
  • Assists BCBA in the preparation of client materials, behavior reduction assessments, and skills acquisition.
  • Sustains a score of at least 85% on monthly evaluations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Registration as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
